¿Dónde se fue el tiempo?
It seriously blows my mind that I only have 14 days left here in Argentina.
Talk about a crazy mix of emotions.
Lots of things to look forward to back home, but lots of things that I will miss about here. Needless to say, I am definitely going to be making the most of the time I have left. I'm officially finished with classes, so thankfully I don't have to worry about those. Other than that, I've made a mini "Argentina Bucketlist" and am excited to work on crossing things off the list. Should be two weeks filled with fun stuff! :)

First of all, I realized that I never wrote about the way God totally answered so many of my prayer requests. Forever ago, I mentioned that I had sent out a message to a group of friends about starting a Bible study. While, since then, I've been meeting every Tuesday with my friends, Courtney and Megan, in the Shell gas station near our campus. It has honestly been the biggest blessing getting to know these girls more. They are amazing and have such wonderful hearts for the Lord. So thankful for them!
The other cool answer to prayer was being able to go rock climbing! (I know, kinda ridiculous that that was one of my prayers, but it was... haha). This actually happened forever ago, but it was seriously one of my favorite days here in Argentina. I actually had the opportunity to go with some of the people from the youth group, and that just made the day incredible. We spent the entire day out in the mountains, climbing, chatting, drinking mate, and just enjoying God's amazing creation. I could not have been more happy. So cool how God truly does give us the desires of our heart!

Another answer to prayer was getting more involved with the youth group at church. With these girls and several others, we have been able to go to el grupo de los jóvenes on Saturday nights. My first experience in my small group was honestly so intimidating. I was the only "extranjera" and I literally just sat and listened to the conversation. I read a few verses out loud and then we each prayed for one person in the group, and let me tell you, was that ever a push out of the comfort zone! haha! However, my second time was much more comfortable and I was able to participate and join in more in the conversation. Everyone at the church is honestly so incredible though and it is truly a blessing just to be there and learn from each one of them.

Last update: I went to Buenos Aires again!!
This was such an unexpected trip. Kind of last minute, I heard that some friends were planning on going to see the Argentina vs Colombia World Cup Qualifying game and so I jumped on the opportunity. We were only in Buenos Aires for two full days, but it was incredible. The actual game was a really cool experience. Not many can say that they saw one of the best soccer players in the world play! Other than the game, we did A LOT of walking. haha! It was great though. I got to see several places that I missed in my previous trip and it was just a great time spent with friends overall. So thankful for the opportunity!!
